Sims 4 MC Command Centre, UI Cheats updated after November patch

Some of the most popular Sims 4 mods have been updated after the Snowy Escape update.

Update: The second MCCC hot fix has solved the problem with the larger-than-the-lot apartment placing. Make sure you update your mods accordingly.

The November 2020 Sims 4 update, which added platforms in build mode, the ability to vacation in any world and sentiments, amongst other fixes.

This is not unexpected, which is why it is a good idea to back up saves and mods before such updates.  Modders usually roll out hot fixes or updates within a few hours of the new patch.

One of the most popular Sims 4 mods, MC Command Centre, started throwing up a a last exception error when opening the game. Players also reported that they were not able to open the new Sims profile with the mod active.

Deaderpool, the creator of the MC Command Centre mod for The Sims 4, has already fixed the problems with the mod, though.

Weerbesu, the creator of the UI Cheats Extension mod, also rolled out a hotfix after the November patch. UI Cheats had various interface issues after the November update.

However, the latest version of UI Cheats might still cause some UI interface issues. If you experience this problem, try clearing your game's cache. If the problem persists, try removing any other mods or CC and seeing if this is where the conflict occurs. If the problem persists, be patient and wait for a fix.

For us, the interface issue was resolved by removing TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L mod, which is currently awaiting an update. The modder said a fix is expected on Wednesday.

The updated mods can be found on the creators' official platforms. MC Command Centre can be downloaded from the official site here and UI Cheats can be found on Patreon.
