Leicester vs Manchester United: Line-up, FA Cup quarter-final prediction and result

Red Devils face a huge FA Cup battle against the Foxes at the King Power Stadium. Manchester United go to Leicester in the quarter-finals.

Leicester and Manchester United clash in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday, in a battle between two of the English Premier League’s high fliers.

The pair meet at the King Power Stadium for a place in the last four and will complete the semi-final line up in the evening kick off.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have edged through each of their three Cup ties so far, boosted by home advantage at Old Trafford in all of them.

West Ham were the tricky customers in the fifth round, edged out 1-0 following a 3-2 victory over arch-rivals Liverpool in round four.

Championship side Watford were kept at bay as the Red Devils made their third round entrance on home turf.

The Foxes also had Premier League opposition to contend with in the last 16, scoring the only goal of the game to sneak past Brighton.

A brace of trips to second tier clubs took Brendan Rodgers’ men to that point, with a comfortable 3-1 victory at dangerous Brentford and a 4-0 cakewalk at Stoke in the third round.

United have several injury doubts including Paul Pogba, who is facing a race against time to be fit from the off.

Marcus Rashford was forced off at half-time of Thursday’s Europa League success in Milan, while fellow forwards Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial are still being nursed back to full fitness.

Eric Bailly is a further doubt at the back although Solskjaer should at least have midfielder Donny van de Beek available following his return to the squad after injury.

Leicester have injury woes of their own, not least at the sharp end with hotshot duo James Maddison and Harvey Barnes both ruled out.

James Justin and Wes Morgan are both long-term absentees at the back, with Dennis Praet also crocked.
