The Sims 4 have launched an official survey asking for feedback about the newly launched Sims 4 Kits.
Three Sims 4 Kits launched Throwback Fit, Country Kitchen and Bust the Dust, last week, receiving a mixed response. The official announcement came after the promotional screens and some elements of the gameplay for the Kits was found in The Sims 4 game code following the February 2021 update for the game.
Each of the three Kits take a distinct focus on Create-a-Sim, Build/Buy or gameplay elements. The latter, which formed part of the Bust the Dust Kit, launched with a flew of bugs, however. The Sims 4 noted in their March Laundry List that this is something they hope to have fixed for the next Sims 4 base game update. Players can, however, disable the Dust System for The Sims 4 Bust the Dust Kit through the game options menu.
The Sims 4 Kits survey is accessible through The Sims 4 home screen or through this link, however, you can only complete the survey if you own one of the three new Sims 4 Kits.
The Sims 4 Kits survey begins by asking players how they found out about the existence of Kits. The second question then asks players to choose which Kits they own and then prompts players to choose why they bought the Kits.
There is no option to choose ?none? (for which Kits you own) and you cannot proceed with the survey unless at least one option is selected.
The survey then asks a range of questions about each of the individual Sims 4 Kits, with a more refined focus on each Kit itself. The section asking about the Country Kitchen Kit, for example, asks players to rate their feelings towards some of the individual features of the Kit.
There is also a section that asks players questions about their understanding of the difference between Kits and packs and whether they are excited to see which Kits come next.
