Super Rugby Aotearoa: Hurricanes vs Blues by the numbers

The Hurricanes pipped the Blues with a thrilling 29-27 win in Wellington on Saturday, making it three wins from their last three in Super Rugby Aotearoa.

It probably wasn’t the long-awaited homecoming Beauden Barrett expected, as his brother Jordie kicked the conversion that helped seal the win for the home side.

The Canes remain third on the Super Rugby ladder with 12 points, one point behind the Blues. Next weekend, the Hurricanes will travel to play log-leaders the Crusaders in Christchurch.

The two sides have already played each other once in Super Rugby Aotearoa – with the Crusaders cursing to a 25-39 win on the Canes’ home turf.
