Chelsea Youngest Epl Players 1

Chelsea’s youngest Premier League players

Callum Hudson-Odoi was just 17 years, two months and 24 days old when he made his English Premier League debut for Chelsea against Bournemouth in 2018.

But the England international still isn?t the youngest player to make his Blues bow.

That honour is held by Jody Morris, who took part in a 5-0 Stamford Bridge thrashing of Middlesbrough back in February 1996.

Morris went on to play over 100 times for Chelsea before spells at Leeds, Rotherham and Millwall in England.

Ethan Ampadu is another recent recruit to make the list, with the defender making his first appearance in a blue shirt in a Premier League victory at Huddersfield in December 2017.

The promising youngster is not the only 17-year-old to have made his debut in the centre of the Chelsea defence.

Robert Huth went on to have a long top flight career with the Blues, Middlesbrough, Stoke and Leicester.

Nathan Ake, meanwhile, moved on to underdogs Bournemouth before being snapped up ahead of the 2020/21 Premier League campaign by Manchester City.
