Details of the next Sims 4 Kit has been revealed, but, as has been the case with so much of the recent Sims DLC, the news comes not from Sims HQ, but through a leak on one of the official stores where Sims 4 content is available.
The leak has since been deleted from the official Microsoft Store where it appeared, but much of the information is still available on the Wayback Machine. ?
The Sims 4 announced recently that a new Kit as well as a new Game Pack is set to be released ?in the coming weeks?, but did not confirm a date.
But thanks to the leak on the official Microsoft Store, where Xbox players can purchase content, we know a whole lot more about the new upcoming Sims 4 Kit.
Sims 4 Kit: Courtyard Oasis – all the details
According to the leaked date, the next Sims 4 Kit will be released on 18 May 2021 (for Xbox anyway, but Sims 4 DLC has been released across platforms at the same time recently).
It is called Courtyard Oasis and the official description details describes it as follows:
Turn the centre of your Sim’s home into a lush, vibrant space inspired by the riads of Morocco with The Sim 4 Courtyard Oasis Kit!
Sims can ?lounge around the fountain, admire the decorative tiling, and bring your family together in absolute harmony?, according to the description text.

Courtyard Oasis will seemingly be a largely build-focussed Sims 4 Kit, with the following features listed on the leak.

Before the leak, Sim Guru Salo, one of the Sim Gurus who worked on the new Sims 4 Kit described it as something “beautiful” during an Inside Maxis live stream. From the three screenshots that leaked on the for the Sims 4 Courtyard Oasis Kit, it certainly does look beautiful.
There has been no comment from The Sims on any of the leaks, but that is to be expected as it is not generally the policy to comment on any Sims 4 leaks – whether they are official channel faux pas or fibs.
